Copyright concerns

Vidozo only processes publicly available content and is not affiliated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X, Threads or Bluesky. If you believe your copyrighted work has been made available through Vidozo in a way that infringes your rights, email support@vidozo.appwith a description of the content and where it appears, and we'll look into it.

Please include enough information for us to identify and assess the request:

• Your name and a reliable contact email address.
• A description of the copyrighted work or other right you believe is affected.
• The exact public source URL and, where relevant, the Vidozo page involved.
• A brief explanation of your relationship to the work or authorization to act for its owner.
• A statement that the information is accurate and submitted in good faith.

Vidozo does not host a public catalog of user uploads. Because media is processed on demand, provide the original source URL so we can investigate technical access or take appropriate action.

Report a technical problem

Include the platform, type of public link, browser, device, and exact error message. Do not send passwords, account cookies, private links, downloaded files, or other sensitive information.

Privacy requests

To ask about access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection concerning your personal data, email us with the subject "Privacy request". We may request limited information to verify that the request relates to you before responding.
